Here we start off in first inversion, then play the tritone in root position. Then we play the Bb (or b9) major triad in first inversion followed by the E (or 13) major triad in root position.
We then have the C# major in first inversion, then the G major in Root position. Then we have E major in first inversion followed by Bb major in Root position.
The whole thing could start over now, with G major in first inversion and continuing up through a second octave.
