B.C. Rich® Draws Inspiration From Its Classic 1980s Models for New ASM Guitars

Drawing on its beloved 1980s-era Assassin models for inspiration, B.C. Rich® releases six new ASM guitars that will please players seeking high-performance features combined with traditional electric guitar styling. New ASM Pro models feature classic B.C. Rich Neck-Through-Body construction with Maple for the neck and Mahogany for the body portions. A 25-1/2-inch scale length utilizes 24 jumbo frets on an Ebony fingerboard. Taking the performance even further the ASM Pro provides EMG® 85 and 81 pickups. Three Pro models have an Original Series Floyd Rose® tremolo system while a fourth uses a string-through-body design with an adjustable bridge. Available finishes are Satin Fire Ice, Shadow, Black Cherry Burst and Pearl White.
MAP Prices range from $699.99 to 899.99. The new ASM Standard models capture the essence of the ASM Pro but at a price most any B.C. Rich lover can afford. Construction details include a bolt-on Maple neck, Mahogany body, Rosewood fingerboard and 24 jumbo frets for easy playability. A Special Series Floyd Rose tremolo provides total control of pitch manipulation and Rockfield® Mafia™ humbucking pickups deliver high-output, high-sustain tone with just the right amount of attitude. Two finishes are offered: Black Burst and Black Cherry.
