Crate Debuts GT212S 2x12" Guitar Cabinet

Crate used this year's NAMM Convention to debut a highly versatile and compact, slant-front amplifier cabinet—the GT212S.

The new GT212S is a 2x12 semi open back cabinet featuring two high-quality 12-inch Celestion speakers, 160 watts RMS power handling capability, three-channel, mono/stereo operation, rear panel Insert Jack for effects connectivity, and 3/4-inch plywood construction for superior resonance. A footswitch jack is also provided for channel switching and reverb.

As the smallest cabinet in the Crate GT Series, the GT212S is the ideal match for any GT, GTX or VTX Series head—making a portable, high-performance package for a wide range of performance applications including rehearsals and small gigs.
