Eden Electronics, the leader in bass amplification, announced the introduction of the Nemesis RS Series combo amplifiers. The new amps are geared toward Rock bass players and others who need an aggressive sound in an affordable package.

The RS series incorporates many of the features found in the NC series combos, including solid-state Input stage, 3-band EQ, semi-parametric control section, effects loop, switchable automatic compression, DI output with Ground Lift and level controls, headphone and tuner outputs, high-power, all FET amplifier design, Eden-built speakers, and thermostatically controlled cooling system.

In addition, new features will include:

  • Edge control to add tube-style grit
  • Pre-/Post-EQ selector for the DI output
  • Footswitch for Enhance bypass and Mute functions
  • All-plywood construction
  • Corner-mount handles for enhanced portability
  • New Graphics featuring black-and-sliver color scheme
  • Backlit logo

The RS series will include the RS410, RS210, RS212 and RS115 models. All amplifiers offer 320 Watts RMS (up to 640 Watts peak power).

"We've listened to a lot of feedback from our users," said David Nordschow, Eden's founder and head of Research and Engineering, "especially on our on-line forum. The RS series incorporates the features many users have requested, giving rock players more of what they need for an aggressive sound."

Eden expects to being shipping the RS Series combos in March, 2006.
