Jackson Introduces MG Series DK27 GuitarAug 19, 2002 Click image for closeup | The new Jackson MG Series DK27 guitar has a 27" scale-length, which gives you the ability to tune down to a low belch and still have the normal string tension you have on a 25.5" scale guitar tuned to E. This means the strings won't flop like they do with a 25.5" scale guitar when you drop it down to subsonic tunings and with the 2 EMG-HZ3 hum bucker pickups and the EMG Turbocharger, the neighbor's dogs will howl from the DK27's sonic growl. - Body: Basswood
