IJackson/Charvel Manufacturing, Inc. (JCMI) has created a toll free telephone number designed exclusively for consumers seeking Jackson information. Dubbed the " Jackson Hotline", consumers can call (800) 431-4188 for up-to-date product information, current promotions, and by entering a zip code, can be directed to the nearest authorized Fender retailer. Once a consumer has dialed the toll free number, they will be asked to choose one of four options. Number one will locate the nearest authorized Jackson retailer, number two will offer information on the latest gear, including instruments recently introduced, number three gives information about Jackson promotions, and number four will connect directly to Jackson Consumer Relations in Scottsdale, Arizona.
