Keyshia Cole Biography

Keyshia Cole (born October 15, 1981) is an American R&B singer-songwriter. She released her platinum selling debut album The Way It Is in 2005, and is preparing the release of her sophomore album Tears From a Soldier's Heart, to be released in December 2006. Her year of birth is believed to be in between the years of 1981 and 1983. A news release to PR Newswire in Los Angeles, on August 16, 2006, stated the songstress was 24-years-old, therefore placing her year of birth at 1981, which her adoptive mother has also publicly claimed.
