Riding on the heels of its QUAD 100 guitar amp stack, Kustom now ups the ante with its all-new QUAD 200 stack. In addition to providing even more wattage and volume, the newest beast to bear the Kustom name provides an improved bass response that is sure to put smiles on the faces of hard rock and metal guitarists everywhere.
The new stack offers two distinct channels (Lead and Rhythm), each with two different preamp options. The Lead Channel provides GRIND and PUNCH preamp selections, giving players two different high-gain variations. On each, the gain characteristics and low-end response have been modified from the original QUAD 100 to provide an, extra-chunky tone that is perfect for players who like to detune their instruments and play extra-massive riffs.
The Rhythm Channel also offers two preamp selections. FAT provides classic, round tones while LEAN offers extra-sparkling highs and enhanced lows. With 200 watts of output power behind it, the Rhythm Channel offers tons of clean volume with extensive headroom. To enhance the package even further, the Kustom QUAD 200 stack provides eight, 24-bit digital effects. Players can sweeten their sound with Chorus, Flanger, Tremolo, Reverbs and Delays -- all easily accessed with a click of the rotary effects knob.
Also an important part of the package, the Kustom 4x12 and 412B cabinets come loaded with Celestion Super 65 speakers and feature a tough, road-ready vinyl covering and vintage-styled grill cloth. Both cabinets and the amp head all feature a chunky, die-cast Kustom logo for easy stage identification.
