The two-bar turnaround starting in bar 11 is pretty standard Hopkins stuff and is actually seen all over the blues. Here you run little triplets from E7-Eb7-D7 fingerings in beats 2-4 of bar 11.cho|x|x|x|4|3|x|E7 Fingering|cho cho|x|x|x|3|2|x|Eb7 Fingering|cho cho|x|x|x|3|2|x|D7 Fingering|cho |cr|Then you roll down the blues scale from the 2nd fret of the 3rd string to finish up on the V note of your blues progression (the B note on the 2nd fret of your 5th string).
