Ludwig Brings Back Vintage Psych Red Drum Outfit

The vintage Ludwig Psych Red outfit is reintroduced with the Psychedelic Red wrapped finish, a vivid red and black pattern. The five-piece Big Beat outfit features Vibra-Bands on toms, Classic Maple shells, mini-classic lugs, and the original ‘70s Ludwig blue/green badge. The outfit is made up of a 16"x22" bass, F 16"x16" floor, 9"x13" tom, 8"x12" tom, 5"x14" matching snare, 800 Series stands, and Speed King pedal.

"The Psych Red outfit was very distinctively Ludwig back during the ‘60s and ‘70s rock-and-roll explosion," said Jim Catalano, Ludwig marketing manager. "Drummers loved it because the finish was unique, and the sound was big." L9025LM37 retails for $3,685.
