Nady Audio, Nady's expanding line of professional audio gear, recently announced the introduction of a new mixer, the RDI-8. This 8-channel DI box/line mixer functions as both an active DI and direct injection Box, and as a line mixer. The RDI-8 features eight totally independent DI box units in a 1U package for multiple signal connections and conversions. It can also be used simultaneously as an 8-channel Line Mixer with both stereo Line and Master outputs. Its multi-purpose design enables useful parallel-operation applications such as setting an independent stereo mix for stage monitoring of an extended setup of keyboards, samples and synth modules while also supplying independent XLR balanced outputs to the stage box for the front-of- house engineer.
