New Range of Boom/Cymbal Stands from Pearl

Pearl is offering three new boom and cymbal stands for 2004.

The B-1000 boom stand and C-1000 straight stand features a newly designed Uni-Lock tilter with a built-in cowbell post, reversible cymbal cup (Patent Pending) that can be locked for rattle-free performance for recording, and Pearl's new WingLoc WL-200 quick release wingnut (Patent Pending) that makes cymbal changes super fast and super easy.

The B1000 features a new boom tilter with stop lock, new die-cast pipe joints utilizing an extended nylon bushing and plastic end caps on the middle and top tubes for secure grip and no metal-to-metal contact for rattle-free performance. The tripod features new parallel struts for stiffness, wider stance for improved stability, and oversized rubber feet to keep everything firmly planted on the ground.

Pearl's BC-2000 is their ultimate multi-angle Boom stand. It has a removable counter weight, and can be converted from a boom stand into a straight cymbal stand. The stand has two boom tilters to offer drummers a wide range of positioning options. The stand incorporates the company's GyroLock tilter, which opens up a third dimension to cymbal positioning by allowing a full 360 range of motion, the most precise positioning ever available. A built-in cowbell post allows the GyroLock tilter to attach cowbells and percussion effects in addition to cymbals. The tilters are available separately (TL2000) and more can be added to permit multiple cymbals and percussion to be mounted to the same stand! Additionally, the GyroLock tilter features a new reversible plastic cymbal seat cup that floats for free movement or locks for rattle-free performance for recording.

Thr BC-2000 also includes the new WingLoc WL-200 Quick Release Wingnut which enables quick cymbal changes and does away with traditional wingnuts and cymbal sleeves.
