New SVT412HE High Output Bass Enclosure from Ampeg

This January Ampeg unveiled the new SVT412HE, a high output bass enclosure featuring four 12-inch custom Ampeg speakers and a one-inch high frequency driver with an "L-pad" attenuator.

The SVT412HE's four speakers provide for a big low end from a tight efficient enclosure; its 400 watts RMS and 800 watts Peak means plenty of power handling capability. The true one-inch compression driver with "L-pad" attenuator and crossover frequency at 5kHZ offer ultimate control of tight and articulate high frequencies. Finally, its 98dB sensitivity makes it an efficient enclosure for nearly any amplifier. The SVT412HE lists for $949.
