Rocktron Introduces Multivalve, Tube Effects ProcessorNov 19, 1997 Click image for closeup | Rocktron Corporation is proud to introduce the world's first tube effect processor. Multivalve is a 24-bit DSP processor designed to bring vintage effect sound to the high-tech and noise-free environment. The Multivalve is loaded with many vintage analog sounding effects such as rotary speaker, phaser, flanger, compressor, delay, and parametric EQ just to name a few. The 12AX7 tube section has two gain settings (high, and low) which can be inserted on any preset for added warmth and "fatness" to the effects. Using the tube with the unit's rotary speaker simulator insures the most realistic vintage rotary sound provided in a digital format. Multivalve is also equipped with an external-switching jack to allow the switching of a non-MIDI amp or preamp. List Price: $899.00For more information, visit their web site at www.rocktron.com. |
