Rolls Introduces Six Channel Phantom Power Supply

The RPB623 is a single rack space unit designed to provide clean maximum output phantom power to any condenser microphone. It is ideal for the digital multitrack recorder with no mic inputs containing phantom power. The unit has also been asked for by contractors wanting to power multiple condenser mics. Finally, there are many mixers and other mic preamp devices with insufficient phantom power for certain microphones. The RPB623 is a great interface solving that problem. connected to a microphone and is drawing power. Rear panel connections include a balanced XLR input and 1/4" TRS balanced outputs for each channel. The 1/4" jacks were chosen because of limited rear panel space, and most digital multi-track recorders have 1/4" balanced inputs. The RPB623 retails for $150.00 in the United States, and began shipping on August 1, 2000.
