Shure Previews Two New Sound Isolating™ Earphone Models at NAMM 2010

Today, at the NAMM Show, Shure Incorporated will preview two additions to the Company's award-winning line of Sound Isolating™ earphones. Designed to meet the demanding audio specifications of live performance, the new dual driver SE425 and triple driver SE535 Sound Isolating Earphones feature a unique detachable cable, formable wire at the earpiece, superior sound isolation, and durable construction. "All musicians will benefit from the painstaking level of detail that went into creating the new SE425 and SE535," said Scott Sullivan, Shure's Senior Director of Global Product Management. "More and more, the lines between amateur and professional musicians are becoming increasingly blurred. The SE425 and SE535 walk the line between being rugged and reliable enough for professional use, and portable and stylish enough to appeal to savvy consumers. We think listeners will agree – there's no other earphone out there that gives the level of detail and sophisticated sound as these do." Shure's new SE425 and SE535 build on the Company's legacy of developing earphones with a comfortable, secure fit for professional monitoring and personal listening applications. With the new models, Shure packed enhanced sound signatures and premium speaker technology into small, lightweight, universal-fit earphones. Shure's SE425 and SE535 are the perfect complement to stage and studio monitoring systems and portable listening devices. The SE425 will be available as an earphone option with Shure's new PSM®900 Personal Monitor System. Both of these new models will begin to be available to consumers in mid 2010 with pricing TBD.
