Sonic Maximizer VST/DirectX Plug-In Updated

BBE Sound Inc has launched the latest version of its Sonic Maximizer plug-in, which employs revised code to support more platforms. In addition, this is the first Sonic Maximizer plug-in to be offered in music and pro audio retail stores. Now supporting both Mac and PC VST platforms, as well as Direct X, the new BBE plug-in allows unlimited user-definable presets, real-time preset changes and full MIDI implementation. The unit also has a new GUI which recalls the graphics of BBE's new 482i and 882i models, on which the plug-in is based. BBE Product Manager, Judd Levison, comments: "Owning the Sonic Maximizer plug-in is the equivalent of having a rack full of BBE 882's with automation - just the thing for processing multiple tracks simultaneously."
