Spectrasonics to Support Apple Audio Units, Mac OSX

Spectrasonics announced full support for Apple's OSX platform, and the new Apple Audio Units plug-in standard. at the AES Convention in Los Angeles. The company will also be supporting the new native OSX plug-in platforms for Steinberg's VST, Mark of the Unicorn's MAS, and Digidesign's RTAS for Pro Tools OSX.

Spectrasonics Creative Director, Eric Persing explains the move to comprehensive support for every OSX platform: "We are very excited about the innovations that Apple's new operating system and Audio Units standard will offer Mac-based musicians.
