Steve Bailey Fundamental Fretless System from Seymour DuncanJan 01, 1997 Click image for closeup | Basslines®, a subsidiary of Seymour Duncan, and Steve Bailey have joined forces to release Steve's signature model pickup and Tone Circuits(TM) system. It's the first of its kind designed specifically for electric fretless bass and it's the result of many hours of R&D and sound testing under live and studio conditions. The Tone Circuits are available with either two or three bands of focused EQ, together with a switch that engages a frequency contour optimized to bring out fretless harmonics as well as mid-range boost. All mounting hardware (including high-quality potentiometers and knobs) and a detailed wiring schematic are included. Hand built in Santa Barbara, California. System Specifications - Average Output: 200mv
- Battery Requirements: 9V (18V can be used for even more headroom)
- Current Consumption: 200mA (about 1,250 hrs. with a two pickup system)
- Noise: -88dBV
- THD: <0.05% @ .5V output
