For suspended sounds (sus4, 7sus4) ry the triads built on the 4th and b7th degrees of the scale. In the next four bars of this example those are the F major and Bb Major triads. Nobody insists that you play the notes of the triad in order. Play them 531, 513, 351, or whatever you like.
