VirSyn Software Synth for WindowsJun 14, 2000 Click image for closeup | VirSyn is a new software synthesizer for Windows that combines the power of virtual analog and digital synthesis, and adds new physical models. Wireless patching of modules combined with an intelligent modulation matrix simplifies the development of new synthesizers from scratch. Up to 12 modular synthesizers can be used simultaneously, all having the same user interface helping you operating this multi-modular system without losing your mind. Each synthesizer can be enhanced with distortion, echo/delay, and chorus/flanger/phaser effects. For sequencing, you are free to use another application or VirSyn's built-in 64-step sequencer, which extends the concept of the classic analog sequencer with variable rhythmic structures and chord sequences. Or use the sequencer for realtime transposition of keys to play arpeggios. VirSyn allows you to arrange up to 256 sequences in the song editor to complete a composition and bring it all together with an integrated mixing console, complete with a room simulator and a global chorus effect.
