Young Chang America Inc. Becomes A N D Music Corp.

Young Chang America changed it's name to A N D Music Corp. beginning January 1, 2003.

"This company change gives a position of strength to begin 2003" said Ken Byers, Vice President of A N D Music Corp.'s Acoustic and Home division. "Without the previous obligations of Young Chang America, we are free to focus on our strengths and the North American market." A N D Music Corp. will continue to distribute Young Chang, Pramberger and Bergmann products, as well as all Kurzweil branded instruments.
