Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy
We have a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you have a problem with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the price of the merchandise as long as you submit a return request to us within 30 days of when the product was delivered to the shipping address on your order.

Holiday shoppers should be pleased to note that items purchased between November 1st and December 31st may be returned by January 31st of the following year.

Note that we only refund shipping costs for defective items or items that have been shipped in error. All returned items must be in their original packaging, complete with warranty card and owner's manual (if applicable), and show no signs of wear or abuse. The packaging must also be in original condition. Credit card purchases will be refunded by credit card credit.

Non-Returnable Items
Although our return policy is extremely generous, there are a small number of items which must be exceptions to our return policy for various reasons. These exceptions are necessary and we attempt to make them clear to you when making your purchase - if an item is listed as non-returnable, please take this into account when making your purchase. If there are any questions as to whether an item is included in the list of exceptions, please contact us before you buy. The list below includes items that are not covered by our return policy. These items may be returned for refund, replacement or exchange only if they have not been opened, if they have been found defective, or if they were damaged in shipping:

  • Any software or items bundled with software cannot be returned once opened due to copyright law, unless you have obtained a return authorization from the product's manufacturer.
  • Any items that touch your mouth, your nose, or your inner ear cannot be returned once opened due to hygienic considerations.

Returning an Item
If you need to a return an item due to error, defect, or dissatisfaction, please login to your account to notify our customer service department about the order number, item to be returned and the reason for the return. We will respond within one business day (often sooner) with further instructions for returning the item and obtaining a replacement or refund.

We will issue your credit card refund or store credit soon after receiving your return. All returned items must be in original packing, complete with warranty card and owner's manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse.
