The results of intensive research and development efforts are the new Paiste Sound Technology cymbals - PST 3 and PST 5. With these series Paiste presents affordable cymbals with never before realized sound quality and professional appearance.

Paiste Sound Technology cymbals are the perfect starting point to enter the incomparable world of Paiste sound. For the manufacture of PST 5 cymbals Paiste uses the same high-grade bronze alloy as in the professional class, which became famous through the 2002 series. The combination of this sonorous bronze with the new production method provides drummers with new sound dimensions, and due to the rich program, with numerous possibilities to design an individual cymbal set.

Technology: We occupy ourselves continuously and intensively with the application of modern technology and the development of technological processes. Thanks to modern digital technology, we have now achieved a breakthrough which permits us a significant improvement in the transfer Swiss principles concerning shape, structure and sound to our German production process
