What makes the Rampage so brutally offensive is the Scoop control. Used in conjunction with Bass and Treble, the Scoop allows you to subtract 30dB of mid-range. This ultra-cool scooped tone is reminiscent of recent White Zombie or Pantera sounds, making any amp scream beyond its capacity. By subtracting (scooping) mids, the upper harmonics, or bite, are dramatically enhanced as well as bass frequencies. The more you scoop, the more metallic the sound.
