If you don't know that electricity can be deadly, if you don't know how to wire a patch cable, then perhaps this book is for you. There is very little in it that you can't easily find on the net, in a second-hand electronics book (for less money) or just figure out on your own. There are long, drawn out sections on electronic theory, but very little in the way of tips on keeping things running beyond the painfully obvious. (Insider tip - amp will last if you don't run it on full volume all the time!!) I only give it a 2 because the info appears correct.
