(Did you know that our picture of Santa Claus's appearance - a fat, jolly, bewhiskered elf - originated in this poem?) The story is carried forward without dialogue - using simple pantomime and the delightful singing. Grade Level: 1-4. Perf. Time: Approx. 10 minutes.
