Dean Tradition Acoustic-Electric Guitar Package w/DA20 Acoustic Amp

The guitar is OK over-all. Some adjustments had to be made right out of the box to take care of some fret buzz on the E, A and D strings.
The gig bag is a repair shop's dream waiting to come true. Get a hard shell case, do not use the paper thin bag for anything. A bedsheet offers the same level of protection, but doesn't have a zipper.
The neck to body fit looked a little rough where the finish was applied.
So far after a year and a half of use, I've had to readjust the 1/4" input jack three times now. After very little use, metal that holds the 1/4" plug in the input on the guitar loses tension and causes a terrible racket from the input not making the right +/- connection. Eventually either the plug in will be replaced, or the guitar itself.
The action is good once everything got set up, but the overall sound is a little thin in the mid and upper tones.
The amplifier is a great little unit for what it does. It has a very nice output and sound. It works great through a PA system or by itself.
Upgrade the plug in cord, the one provided is the same low quality as the gig bag.
Overall, it is a good starter guitar and with some work makes a decent performance guitar for when you don't want to risk damaging a high dollar guitar for outdoor performances. Aside from the plug in issues, the built in pick up works well when it works.
For a few dollars more, I would get the JB Player http://www.activemusician.com/item--MC.JBEA85, it is better built, has a more full sound and the electronics are much better than what comes in the Dean.
