Cross Benderz are tunable percussive effects available in 18, 20, and 23 inch sizes. Unique in sight and sound, the Cross Benderz have great visual impact on stage and can actually be hand bent or hand hammered for a wide variety of sound applications.

A mild bend of the cross arms creates a quick splashy attack, emanating an interesting vibrato series of secondary reverberations. Sharper bends produce short trashier sounds, similar to a china with an industrial edge. Hand hammering produces loud clangy trashy attack sounds that works well in all styles of music.

Cross Benderz can be mounted directly inside a China Type Cymbal. The thin flexible alloy design easily conforms into a china, producing a trashy metallic rattle effect. Bending cross arms inward and tightening down wing-nut applies increased pressure creating a gated effect. 2006 Cross Benderz upgrades include new “bullet holes” for attaching FMP Sizzlers, Jingles and FX Shrapnel Effects.
