Planet Waves Right Angle Patch Cables have special Positive Connection plugs with strain relief at the most critical points, and provide an ultra clean signal that is unmatched. Each plug is plated with 24- karat gold and has 8 compression springs that allow the plug to positively lock into the jack, eliminating any annoying static. The cables ultra-fine stranded conductors have two layers of insulation to offer the cleanest signal possible, and are double-shielded to offer 100% shielding coverage. The plugs also have a copper cylinder surrounding the soldering points, and a durable polymer is overmolded throughout the plug, providing an ergonomically shaped plug housing that offers maximum protection and supreme strain relief. Plus, the double-insulated/double-shielded cable offers the cleanest signal and is extremely flexible.
