Based on Kirk Hammet's classic clean tones, the voicing of this preamp is based on various clean amps that Kirk has used through out his illustrious career. The KH1 offers a great clean tone for any style, but is tailored for rock and metal clean because it stays clean at higher volumes even with active pickups.
