In this, the third book of the Belwin Piano Method, you will continue a program of learning which is designed to enable you to read music as easily as you read story. Many new facts in logical order are presented here and, as in Books 1 and 2, they are contained in a summary of information on the inside back cover. Suggestions for simple transposition will be found in footnotes on various pages. No boxes for finger numbers have been included in this book for it is hoped that the habit of finger planning has been so well established in Books 1 and 2 that you will continue to plan efficiently where finger numbers are not indicated. The five books of this method are designed for anyone from school age through adulthood.
